Jet Industries Donates HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Sprinkler Design/Build to “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” Project #807

SALEM, OR 2010 — Salem Oregon -based Jet Industries proudly participated in the recent “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” build in Salem, Oregon. Jet’s Heating Division donated all the heating/cooling and ventilation. Jet’s Fire Protection Division donated all of the fire/life safety protection equipment and Jet’s Plumbing division provided the engineering/design for the plumbing. Jet Industries was proud to join the Rich Duncan Construction Inc team and other contractors to help build a new facility for The Oregon School for the Deaf. “We saw this as an opportunity to give back to the local community,” said Jeff Zeeb President of Jet Industries. In this economy, many companies are hunkering down and being conservative, but this project has shown the true colors of many of the trades, vendors, and suppliers, and what we have seen is inspiring.” What began as a family–run heating company in 1977 by Aaron Zeeb has eventually grown into one of the largest companies of its type in the country, with over 200 employees with business licenses in 22 states. Jet Industries is a successful design build mechanical, electrical, fire sprinkler and wood products contractor.
